Gateway Science Academy is seeking a full-time faculty member for the Physical Education/Health Department at the high school level. The successful candidate will begin teaching in the 2026–2027 school year and must be qualified to teach PE/Health courses for grades 9–12.

Qualifications:

• Valid Missouri teaching certification in Physical Education and/or Health

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Health, or a related field

• Weight training certification preferred

• Clear background check

• Strong knowledge of PE/Health curriculum and best practices

• Ability to teach all high school PE/Health levels

• Ability to engage and motivate students
